Who owns the words and mark

What an engagement covers

The written scope of a job is set in correspondence. Soak results, review outcomes, and advertising results are not promised.

Cap on liability

Liability is capped at fees you have paid us for that matter, or zero if no fee was paid.

Tennessee courts
